- Get more nutrients from your food like vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and fatty acids.
- Enjoy better-tasting food!
- Help out the Environment with better farming practices.

If you are scared of the cost, here’s my approach that I use for just about everything: Take it One Step At A Time. You don’t have to overhaul your whole diet overnight! Start by buying only one organic item at a time. Increase by one more when you feel ready. Take as many months or years as you need till most of your food is organic. You can go so slow you don’t even notice the increase in your food budget. (It took me about seven years)
