Want to train with me for free?

This challenge is for everyone and it’s easier than you think.

Join us for 2 months inside Paddle Master Plus, Hit certain attendance and participation requirements, And get your money back!

It’s that simple.

Let me be clear: I want you to win.

I’m not running this challenge to fill a quota — I’m running it because watching someone go from stuck and frustrated to paddling stronger, faster, and pain-free is the entire reason I coach. If you commit to the process here, I already know what happens next, because I’ve watched it happen again and again.

This isn’t about hitting a specific result by a deadline. It’s about your commitment to showing up. That’s what determines your progress — every single time.

I’m in this for the long haul. I’d rather earn your trust as a coach over years than get one quick win and never see you again.

Paddle Master Plus is normally $289/month. For this challenge, you enroll for 2 months as usual — but if you complete the requirements below, you get every dollar back.

You’re not getting a discount. You’re getting the entire program at no cost, in exchange for showing up fully.

How it works :
  • Enroll in Paddle Master Plus for 2 months
  • Attend at least 4 calls (just every other week)
  • Submit videos for technique analysis at least 4 times
  • Share on social media that you’re part of the challenge
  • Attend one follow-up session to give honest feedback
  • Say yes to a before/after reel of your stroke technique

A quick note on that last one: this challenge is a two-way thing. You get two months of real, hands-on coaching for free. In exchange, I get to show other paddlers what’s possible when someone commits — which helps me keep doing this work and helping more people like you. Fair trade.

Hear what others have to say about Working with Seychelle:

“I struggled with my stroke technique. I was always using my arms. I tried and tried and tried. I just couldn’t crack it.  So I wanted to try something different to help me get through that seemingly impenetrable barrier. My technique has improved phenomenally and has progressed to an entirely brand new technique. What I liked most about the program is that each week you give me no more than 2 to 3 things that I can go away and focus on. Learning a new technique can be quite overwhelming at the beginning and so just having a couple of things to work on was ideal.   I’d I’d absolutely recommend the SUP STROKE SCHOOL.   In terms of value for money and the product that you offer, the video content was superb, the attention to detail was exceptional. Exceptionally worthwhile.” – Tony Fisher

“I felt like I’d reached a plateau in my paddling. I’m an experienced SUP paddler. I’ve been to several coaching clinics with high profile paddlers and I just really feel like your stroke analysis and your explanation of technique make the most sense to me. One of the things I’ve loved from working with you is it feels a bit like when you go bowling and they have, you know, those inflatable things they put down the side for kids. I feel like when I’m left to my own devices, I’ll start to go too far in one direction. And if I start to go too far in one direction, you just steer me back into the middle of the lane.   One of the other things I’ve loved about working with you is just how down to earth you are, how fabulously open you are. You actually sitting down and seeing you analyzing your own videos with us. It’s like, WOW.  I think no matter how good a seminar is or how good a paddler you are, to make real progress, you need regular video analysis and feedback.  It’s not your board. It’s not your paddle. It’s your technique. Rather than buy a new board or a new paddle, invest the money in coaching. Invest the money in SUP Strokes School.” – Darren Pratt – SUP STROKE SCHOOL

“Seychelle is really good at finding the nuanced changes I needed to make to my stroke.
My stroke is more efficient and powerful now. I now know how to ramp up my training as I get closer to competition. I’m more stable on my board. My speed is up to where I can cruise between 5.5 and 6.25 mph. That’s about .75 to 1 mph faster than before! “– Ben Bailey – SUP Stroke School

“I’m fortunate enough to be paddling with some pretty good paddlers. I’m a “back of the pack” paddler amongst an encouraging high performance squad. I hadn’t told them that I was doing this course and 1, 2, probably 3 of them separately noticed. And they said, “you’ve got faster.” Sort of like, “what’s going on?”

And in addition to that 3 or 4 people, including my physio, said “You’ve lost weight,” and I haven’t changed my diet or nothing. So that was just an added little bonus but, which in turn helps my racing if I’m getting lighter. But, yeah, it was like 3 or 4 people just said “you’ve got faster.”   And I have!”  – Tony Fisher – SUP Stroke School

“Working with Seychelle I  improved dramatically. I became faster. I paddled better. My form was better. My paddling hugely improved.  And I created even more of a passion,  more of desire to be better and to challenge my flow.  It was perfect. I would highly recommend it and I can’t wait to work with her again!” – Jeannie Johns

“I’ve been training with Seychelle less than two months and I’ve noticed a significant change in my cardiovascular stamina and my overall strength. This morning for example, I did a one hour interval training and it took me half the amount of time to get across the lake where I train than it has in the past. I’ve seen a lot of change in a very little bit of time just with following the training sessions and meetings.  I’m a forty eight year old woman and I feel like I was when I was twenty playing lacrosse in college, after having had three children and pursued a career in medicine. So that’s huge.” – Alison Considine

“My biggest challenge was getting enough time out on the water on my board.  I don’t live close to water, so getting myself organized and coordinated around my schedule and my kids schedule caused me stress and struggle to feel like I was actually getting the time in that I should be. I have never been able to get in more than 1 -2 paddles a week. I have realized over the course of the program that I just need to know that I am making improvement, growing more confident, and that each time I get on the water is progress toward better paddling.

I also have been able to get more consistent in my paddling – less arms, more full body, that has allowed me to improve my speed, endurance, and comfort out on my board.

I am most proud of my ability to paddle longer distances – and enjoy it…I don’t feel too tired, too sore. Seychelle has been very supportive and creative in helping find ways to get practice with my skills and drills. Her approach to meeting us each where we are in our paddle journey has been very helpful – especially because we all had different skill levels and experiences. I enjoyed the group sharing and support – it was nice to see encouragement from the others when I didn’t feel like I was making progress.  I also liked that we could push each other by posting what our progress was.” – Holly Crowder

“Seychelle has the perfect ability to take my negative thoughts and turn them into a positive opportunity. With the group I appreciate seeing that we have similar struggles, yet all made positive strides in our goals. I have gained confidence in my ability and I have improved physically as things that previously would ache or twinge no longer do so regardless of paddle duration.”  – Bobbi Mcquown
