Women's Paddle & Wellness Retreat

Get ready for a whole lot of love, laughter and learning in the summer sun! Paddle, Beach, Yoga, Play, Swim, Surf, Slack, Eat, Recover, Relax, Restore. All inclusive 6 days and 6 nights in a beautiful, private, oceanfront villa. Daily sunrises, sunsets, flatwater and ocean paddling opportunities! 3 delicious, vegetarian meals a day included with chef Leila Dylla.
SAMPLE DAILY SCHEDULE:
Subject to change based on weather and daily adventure
- 6:15 Sunrise meditation sessions
- 7:15 Morning paddle training – workouts, clinics, drills, skills, and fun explorations!
- Breakfast
- 10:30 Free time : Some optional activities during free times will include: being beach bums, swimming in the ocean or in our private pool, surfing lessons, slacklining, reading, hammocking, chilling, and enjoying your best life.
- 2:30 Late Lunch
- more free time / siesta time
- Early dinner
- Evening discussions and workshops – TBD – can include core-training, breathwork, body work, nutrition, self care, sacred feminine, astrology.
- 8:00pm Sunset yoga – relax and recovery session.
- Bedtime
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
- 6 night stay in a private oceanfront villa – Private, shared, and camping spaces available.
- Our own private chef and 3 delicious, vegetarian meals a day
- All necessary equipment rentals including Boards, Paddle, Leash, PFD, Yoga mat, Beach toys, etc. (You can bring your own as well)
- All SUP, Surf, Yoga, and workshops with Coach Seychelle. Possible guest instructors.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
- Transportation to and from the house in Melbourne Beach
- 1 night’s dinner eating out at a local restaurant
- Chakra Balancing or Hot Stone Massage
