6:00 Sunrise Meditation
6:30 Tea, coffee, snack
7:00 Morning session – sup surf, sup clinics, sup training/skills, or yoga
9:30 Breakfast
10:30 Free time – relax by the pool, walk on the beach, visit Jaco, nap, read, hammock, and enjoy your best life!
1:00 Lunch
3:00 Afternoon session – sup surf, sup clinics, sup training/skills, or yoga

WHAT IS INCLUDED

7 night stay at Villa Montine – “The Best Oceanfront Beach House in Jaco”
All healthy, nourishing meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages at the Villa – From breakfast March 2nd – breakfast March 8th – excluding 2 nights dinner out on the town.
All necessary equipment rentals including SUP race board, SUP surf board, Paddle, and Leash. (You are however encouraged to bring your own paddle, leash, pfd, and hydration pack if possible.)
All SUP and surf sessions, lessons, and yoga with Seychelle, Maddi, and possible guest instructors.
Round-trip airport transportation to/from Juan Santamaría International Airport SJO to the Villa.
All local transportation to/from all paddling locations other than the one right in front of our Villa.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

Airfare
Dinner and any other meals on Saturday March 1st.
2 night’s dinner eating out at a local restaurant.
Any extra activities booked for yourself during the week, for example a massage.
Travel Insurance – Travel medical insurance recommended as we will be participating in watersports activities.

$1,000 deposit required to hold your space, 50% of which is nonrefundable. Full balance due January 10th, 2025.

You must be an experienced SUP paddler. Intermediate or above. NO SURF EXPERIENCE is required. We will teach you beginner SUP surf, but you must already be an accomplished SUP paddler.

Questions can be asked in the application. Application submission does not guarantee you a space.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Should a participant need to cancel for any reason, 50% of your retreat deposit is non-refundable. If possible I will do my best to credit your non-refundable fees minus the $200 service fee towards a future retreat/clinic/camp.

Should Seychelle SUP need to cancel a participant’s registration for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

Should the entire event need to be cancelled by the venue or for any reason, a full refund will be issued minus a $200 service fee per participant.

A note on pricing: I do my best as always to keep pricing as low as possible for my retreats. I personally thought CR would be a more affordable option to host a retreat, but even a quick look into current pricing will reveal that it is not. And an even quicker look into what other retreat hosts are charging for something similar and in most cases offering much less, will reveal that I am once again offering an incredible deal for my experience as an coach and retreat host. This will be an unforgettably fun week. Being out of the country, this retreat includes more services, rentals, travel, and challenges than ones I have hosted in my home state of FL. Take advantage of the early bird pricing to save some $.
