2 hour SUP STROKE Technique Clinic with Seychelle SUP 

at the Lowcountry Paddlefest in Hilton Head, SC

Thursday September 4th 1:30 – 3:30PM 

A 2 hour standup paddle clinic on land and on the water. In this clinic we will cover:

• Step by step paddle stroke technique – on land
• Drills designed to improve your stroke efficiency, power, and speed – on the water
• Best practices and stroke adjustments to modify for and prevent injuries

This is the essential Seychelle SUP stroke clinic. Come with an open body and mind, ready to try and to learn new things.

Bring all of your SUP stroke questions, your board, paddle, leash, and water.

This clinic is for all level paddlers from novice to advanced who have a love of this sport and desire to progress, but not for complete beginners.
