90min Stroke Technique Clinic with Seychelle SUP

 Monday July 22nd  5:00 – 6:30pm 

ABOUT: A 90min standup paddle clinic on land and on the water.

We will go over paddle stroke technique on land then practice drills on the water designed to improve your stroke efficiency, speed, and power, as well as to prevent injuries.

Come with an open body and mind, ready to learn and try new things.

Bring all of your SUP stroke questions, your board, paddle, leash, pfd, and water.

This clinic is for all level paddlers from novice to advanced, but not for complete beginners.

TIME: Monday July 22nd 5:00 – 6:30 PM

(I will have us wrapped up by the 6:30 safety meeting and ready for the 7PM race. I’ll join you for the race as well!)

About your coach:  Seychelle is a 2 x World Champion standup paddle athlete and coach. She helps paddlers improve their standup paddle stroke, confidence, and to paddle faster, longer, and pain-free! She is the founder of the SUP STROKE SCHOOL and creator of the Seychelle SUP training app. Seychelle is visiting from Melbourne Beach, FL with her family.
