2 Hour Stroke Technique Clinic with Seychelle SUP 

at the Lake Natoma Paddle Splash Water and Wellness Festival

 Thursday July 25th  4-6pm 

This is the Seychelle SUP essential clinic! A 2 hour standup paddle clinic on land and on the water.

We will go over paddle stroke technique step by on land then practice drills to improve your stroke efficiency, power, and speed on the water. We will also discuss best practices and stroke adjustments to modify for and prevent injuries.

Bring all of your SUP stroke questions, your board, paddle, pfd, leash, and water bottle.

This clinic is for all level paddlers from novice to advanced, though not for complete beginners.

Cost: $125
