Women's SUP and Self Love Retreat

A place for powerful women to come together to play, to manifest, and to heal. 
Lots of love, laughter, sunshine, fun, and a few tears are in store for us this week.
Daily Paddles, Yoga, Meditation, and Restoration.

All inclusive 6 days and 6 nights in the gorgeous Dolphin Point Villas.
3 delicious, vegetarian meals a day included with chef Leila Dylla.

  • 6:30 Sunrise meditation sessions
  • 7:30 Tea, coffee, snack
  • 8:00 Morning paddle session – workouts, clinics, drills, skills, and fun explorations!
  • 10:30 Brunch
  • 11:00 Free time – chill, nap, read, hammock, visit wildlife, enjoy your best life.
  • 3:00 Snack
  • 4:00 Afternoon breakout session – Yoga, FT, Eldoa, core, etc.
  • 6:30 Dinner 
  • 7:30 Evening EOS – circles, full moon, etc.  


  • 6 night stay at Dolphin Point Villas – Private and shared rooms available. 
  • Our own private chef and 3 delicious, vegetarian meals a day  
  • All necessary equipment rentals including Boards, Paddle, Leash, PFD, Yoga mat, etc. (You can bring your own as well) 
  • All paddle sessions and workshops with Seychelle plus special guest instructors


  • Transportation to and from the resort

2020-21 Women’s Paddle & Wellness Retreats



Over the years, I’ve known Seychelle as a world-renowned paddler, fitness buff, top competitor, and coach. However, while attending her women’s paddle retreat, I had the chance to truly get to know Seychelle! She is an inspiring woman with a kind heart. She is playful and positive but also vulnerable and not afraid to show her softer side. During the week, she taught me how to refine my paddle stroke, but more importantly, she taught me how to be a better person. Through meditation, journaling, spiritual healing, friendship, fantastic food, and lots of laughs, I had the chance to discover a different side of myself. Seychelle gave me the tools and the opportunity to embark on a new journey of self-love. For that, I am forever grateful.

This retreat was everything I could have wanted in a women’s retreat, all within a beautiful Florida beach setting. A week of journaling, meditation, yoga, paddling, eating delicious plant-based meals, and lots of fun! Since working one-on-one with Seychelle, I’ve experienced two of her women’s paddle and wellness retreats. I attended the first retreat after losing my parents and didn’t know what to expect other than SUP training, yoga, and super clean eating.
